Kismet Alternative Construction LLC
Terms of Use
Effective October 9, 2026
Website purpose
Kismet's website introduces ideas and potential collaborations involving attainable housing, alternative and panelized construction systems, material approaches, sites and future development possibilities. The website is informational and exploratory.
No project engagement from website use
Browsing this website, reviewing a material system, sending an introductory email or discussing a concept does not by itself create a construction contract, development agreement, design engagement, engineering engagement, consulting relationship, fiduciary duty, brokerage relationship or other professional engagement.
An actual project requires a separately confirmed scope, responsible parties, written agreements where appropriate, required licenses, insurance, permits, approvals and project-specific professional review.
No construction services or project bids through this website
The current website does not offer construction services or project bids. Kismet's exploration of building systems and attainable housing should not be interpreted as a representation that Kismet is presently acting as the licensed general contractor, architect, engineer, home inspector or other regulated professional for a visitor's project.
Site and project-specific conditions
Land, utilities, access, soils, drainage, zoning, setbacks, code requirements, wildfire conditions, flood conditions, HOA rules, local approvals, engineering, labor, transportation, material availability and other site facts can materially affect whether a concept is feasible. General website ideas cannot substitute for site-specific due diligence.
Material systems and performance
Kismet may discuss magnesium oxide panels, structural insulated panels, panelized assemblies, kit-of-parts approaches and other materials or systems. Actual structural, fire, moisture, thermal, acoustic, durability, warranty, installation and code performance depends on the specific product, assembly, engineering, testing, installation and jurisdiction.
A website description of a material or system is not a certification that a particular product is approved for every jurisdiction, suitable for every project or superior to every conventional alternative.
Cost, schedule and affordability
Cost and schedule discussions are estimates or planning concepts unless a separate written engagement states otherwise. Land cost, design, engineering, permitting, utilities, financing, material pricing, freight, labor, taxes, insurance, site work, builder overhead and market conditions can change total project cost and timeline.
No website statement guarantees a final project price, monthly payment, financing result, resale value, return on investment, energy savings or completion date.
Professional advice
Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, lending, insurance, architectural, engineering, surveying, geotechnical, environmental, inspection or code-compliance advice. Visitors should consult the appropriate qualified professional before acting on matters requiring specialized expertise.
Real-estate services are separate
Kismet is distinct from Hidalgo Real Estate Group. A Kismet conversation does not automatically create a real-estate agency or brokerage relationship. If licensed Arizona real-estate services are needed, they are handled separately through the applicable brokerage and its required disclosures and agreements.
Inquiry materials
If you send plans, photographs, project concepts, site information or other materials, you retain the rights you otherwise hold in them. You permit Kismet to review, copy internally and share those materials with relevant advisers or potential project participants as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry.
Do not send confidential, proprietary or export-controlled information unless an appropriate confidentiality or security arrangement is already in place.
Intellectual property
Kismet branding, original website writing, graphics, photography, design and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some referenced systems, products, trademarks, drawings, research or imagery may belong to third parties.
You may use the website for personal and internal informational purposes. Unless permitted by law or the applicable rights holder, you may not republish, sell, scrape for commercial reuse, remove ownership notices from, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected site content.
Third-party products, professionals and providers
A reference to a manufacturer, material, engineer, contractor, developer, lender, architect, consultant, builder or other provider does not guarantee that provider's licensing, availability, pricing, performance, insurance, warranty or suitability for a particular project. Project participants should be evaluated independently.
Claims, examples and future concepts
Conceptual examples, diagrams, renderings, case studies and future-looking descriptions are intended to explain ideas. They should not be interpreted as a promise that a proposed product, site, assembly, business model or housing outcome will be approved, financed, built or perform exactly as described.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse personal or proprietary information, scrape protected content for commercial exploitation, or use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Accuracy and availability
Kismet aims to present useful information but does not guarantee that every link, product reference, technical concept, regulation, material specification, cost assumption or outside resource remains current or error-free. Website content may be corrected, updated, restricted or removed as facts and projects evolve.
Governing law
These website terms are intended to be governed by Arizona law to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Arbitration, class-waiver, indemnity, venue or enhanced limitation-of-liability language should be added only after Arizona counsel reviews the actual Kismet business model and desired risk allocation.
Changes
Kismet may change the website, its content, its inquiry process and these terms as the business develops. If Kismet later begins selling services online, accepting payments, booking paid consultations, offering recurring subscriptions, running events or operating a customer portal, those functions should receive their own legal and operational review rather than being covered by generic boilerplate today.
