Starting a project conversation
A useful first message can include the general location, what you are exploring, what stage the idea is in, any known site constraints, your role in the project and what kind of conversation you are looking for. You do not need to send detailed confidential plans just to determine whether a follow-up makes sense.
No project acceptance by email
An introductory email is a starting point only. It does not mean Kismet has accepted a project, agreed to perform construction, committed to a price or schedule, or established an architectural, engineering, contracting, consulting or other professional engagement.
Confidential or proprietary information
Do not send trade secrets, protected plans, account credentials, payment information or other sensitive material until an appropriate confidentiality and security arrangement is in place. If a future discussion requires sensitive documents, confirm the proper transfer method first.
Materials and professional introductions
If you are a manufacturer, engineer, architect, contractor, developer, consultant or other professional introducing a product or capability, describe the relevant system, market, certifications or approvals, geography and the type of collaboration you are proposing. An introduction does not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.
Privacy and data questions
For a privacy request, identify the message or information you believe relates to you and what you are asking Kismet to review. Reasonable verification may be required before information is disclosed, corrected or deleted.
Accessibility requests
For an accessibility issue, include the page URL, the barrier encountered and the format or accommodation that would help. Kismet will make a reasonable effort to provide the information another way while the underlying issue is reviewed.
Real-estate requests
Kismet is separate from Hidalgo Real Estate Group. If you need licensed Arizona real-estate representation, use the Hidalgo site so the brokerage relationship and required disclosures are handled separately.
