Kismet Alternative Construction LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

Who operates this site

Kismet Alternative Construction LLC operates the Kismet website. Public Arizona business records identify Kismet Alternative Construction LLC as an active Arizona limited liability company. Kismet is treated as a separate business and data environment from Hidalgo Real Estate Group even though Rebecca Hidalgo is associated with both.

What the current website does

The current website introduces Kismet's work and interests in attainable housing, panelized and alternative construction systems, materials, sites and potential collaborations. The site currently uses email links to begin a conversation. It does not require a user account, website checkout, online payment, recurring subscription, event registration or website-hosted project application.

Information you choose to provide

If you email Kismet, you choose the information you provide. Depending on your inquiry, that may include your name, email address, telephone number, property or land information, project location, site conditions, housing goals, material-system interests, budget or timing context, professional role, company information, attachments, plans, photographs or other details you decide to include.

Do not send trade secrets, protected plans, account credentials, government identification numbers, payment-card information or other highly sensitive material unless an appropriate secure method and confidentiality arrangement have been established.

Technical website information

Hosting, security and content-delivery systems may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp, referral information, network information and request or error-log data.

How inquiry information may be used

Inquiry information may be used to respond; understand a site, system, project or collaboration question; evaluate whether a future conversation makes sense; identify appropriate professionals or next steps; maintain reasonable business records; protect the site and business; and comply with legal obligations.

An inquiry does not by itself mean Kismet has accepted a project, agreed to perform construction, established a professional engagement or committed to confidentiality beyond obligations that separately apply.

Service providers and potential project participants

Information may be processed by hosting, email, security and technology providers that support the website or Kismet's business operations. When reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, information may also be shared with advisers, engineers, architects, material or system providers, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, developers, lenders, attorneys, accountants or other potential project participants.

Kismet should share only information reasonably related to the purpose for which it was provided and should avoid circulating unnecessary personal or confidential material.

Analytics and advertising technology

As of the effective date above, Kismet does not intentionally load Plausible Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or another separate advertising analytics tag on the Kismet site. Plausible is currently scoped to Hidalgo Real Estate Group only.

If Kismet later introduces analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, audience uploads or similar technology, the privacy policy and any required notice or choice mechanism should be reviewed before relying on the new processing.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Kismet does not currently sell personal information to advertisers and does not operate a targeted-advertising data business. Ordinary hosting, email processing, user-directed disclosures and project-evaluation communications are not presented here as advertising sales.

Real-estate separation

Kismet is separate from Hidalgo Real Estate Group. A Kismet inquiry is not automatically a request for licensed real-estate representation and does not automatically become a brokerage lead. If a conversation requires Arizona brokerage services, that relationship should be separately identified and handled through the applicable brokerage, with its own required disclosures and records.

Phone, text and marketing

The current website does not operate a recurring SMS marketing enrollment. If you voluntarily provide a telephone number in an email or later conversation, it may be used to respond to the inquiry in a reasonable manner. A telephone number should not be treated as blanket consent for automated marketing calls or texts.

If Kismet later launches recurring or automated SMS marketing, it should use a separate consent flow, retain evidence of consent, honor revocation and STOP requests, and publish program-specific terms before launch.

Email marketing

An ordinary project inquiry should not automatically be converted into unrelated bulk marketing without an appropriate basis and clear opt-out process. If Kismet later operates a newsletter or promotional email program, commercial messages should include the disclosures and unsubscribe mechanism applicable to that program.

Third-party links and resources

Kismet may reference materials, systems, manufacturers, professionals, builders, land resources, research, media or other independent services. When you visit or engage an independent provider, that provider controls its own privacy practices. A Kismet reference does not mean Kismet controls the provider's data handling, licensing, availability or performance.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained for periods reasonably related to evaluating or responding to the inquiry, maintaining legitimate business records, documenting a later engagement if one occurs, security, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Different records may require different retention periods. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be deleted or de-identified when appropriate and operationally feasible.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for systems supporting the site and business. No website, email system, cloud provider or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Sensitive project information should be exchanged through an appropriate secure method when the circumstances require it.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers the relevant processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other treatment of personal information. Those rights vary by jurisdiction and are not represented here as universal. Privacy requests may be sent to team@kismethomesusa.com, and reasonable verification may be required.

If future processing creates a legally required opt-out right for sale, sharing or targeted advertising, Kismet should implement the corresponding choice mechanism, including qualifying browser-based opt-out signals where applicable.

Children

Kismet is intended for adults exploring housing, land, construction systems, materials or professional collaborations. The site is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Kismet's services, vendors, inquiry process or website technology changes. A future project portal, payment system, scheduling tool, contact form, SMS program, newsletter, account system or advertising technology should trigger a fresh privacy review before launch.
